FAQ answer
Can a certificate be partly NABL and partly non-NABL?
Yes. Some parameters may be within scope while others are not. The certificate or quotation should clearly identify the accreditation status of each activity.
This answer is written for hospitals, biomedical engineers, quality teams and procurement teams comparing calibration, testing, validation, electrical safety and audit documentation requirements. Final decisions should follow equipment risk, manufacturer guidance, customer policy and the current approved NABL scope where accreditation is requested.
