Does a certificate sample replace an actual certificate?
No. It is only a format guide. Actual certificates must be issued after calibration by the competent service provider or laboratory.
Should every certificate include uncertainty?
For accredited calibration, uncertainty reporting is normally expected for measured results as applicable to the scope and method.
